o         Keep you up-to-date on showings and comments about the apartment
o         I will show the apartment as many times as needed to get it rented
o         Run credit reports and get employment verification
o         Talk to past landlords at your request
o         Arrange for you to meet the tenants and discuss any questions
o         Draw up lease, provide any extra addendum you wish
o         Provide tenants with a list of phone numbers/websites to set up their utilities                and make their move smoother
