I am a real estate broker currently living in Watertown, Massachusetts. I majored in marketing/music business in college while working at Sony Music. As the music industry began to change and take a downturn, I started looking for something else I would enjoy doing for a career.       I've been leasing apartments as an independent broker for over six years now, and find it to be a good niche for me. Interacting with tenants and landlords has proven to be very exciting! I do my best to help tenants and landlords get off on the right foot. After a potential tenant has filled out applications for the place of their choice, I'll set up a time for you to meet each other to discuss any concerns or questions, and then when everyone is comfortable, we'll do the leases and paperwork. I don't tell people what they want to hear if it's not reality. Both landlords and tenants have found me to be honest, friendly and easy to work with. I don't pressure people, I let them come to the best decision for themselves. I know landlords value their property, and they want tenants to take care of it as if it were their own. And I also know tenants just want a nice, comfortable place to rest their head and relax at the end of the work day.       Besides having a passion for real estate and specifically, apartments, I have a great deal of hobbies. In my spare time I work on my mini side project of crafting and selling soap & skincare products. I'll be at the South End Open Market for a few Sundays this coming Spring and Fall '11, which I'm really excited about. Otherwise, I'm an avid photographer that loves to travel, my most recent "backpacking" journey was to Spain and Portugal, and before that Italy. I enjoy painting, writing and I read a lot of books. And of course, I'm a bit of a closet TV addict, with my favorites being Dexter, Mad Men, Glee, True Blood and Destination Truth.
